We need you to help us to with a wider representation of women, lesbian, trans, bi, non-binary, gender fluid and queer people, to have a broarder ethnic and younger representative group with drive and determination. We need your energy and enthusiasm today to build a better tomorrow for all.. To volunteer to serve as a Board member you should provide a statement of intent to offer board service, outlining areas of interest, expertise, skills, your motivation and ambitions for Legato. Application is open to any member of a regular member choir, which is up to date with subscriptions payments. Election is by majority vote by more than half of the members voting at the Annual General Meeting. To volunteer to help as a volunteer with Team Legato (supporting our work on set tasks, led by a Board member). You need to be willing to work as a team member to share your skills and good humour. So we kindly ask all members to register the voting delegate (one per member choir) and unlimited additional non-voting persons from regular, supporting members or further guests before midnight on Sunday, 25. September 2022 You can find the registration link and more details of the meeting in our formal invitation that have been sent to your choir's official email address.

Early bird delegate registration is only open until 30 September. Remember that each delegate of your choir (singers, directors, musicians, partners, friends) has to register as a delegate on the dedicated platform.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: choir leaders are required to register as delegates!
Various Voices 2023 reached 100 registered choirs!
Choirs capacity has been reached - 100 choirs have registered for the upcoming Various Voices Festival Bologna and the waiting list is now open.
Choirs can still register on the dedicated platform and if any registered choirs cancel, spaces will be allocated on the first-come basis.
The waiting list will close on the 15th of September. |

Stockholm Gay Men’s Chorus is celebrating 40 years |

“In January of 1982 twelve gay men got together in Stockholm to sing together and to form a choir. The first concert was held in December of the same year. Over the years music and friendship has been the cornerstones for Stockholm Gay Men’s Chorus, as well as being a voice for gay rights in Sweden. Concerts, memorable shows, parties and inspiring trips are all great memories through the years. Stockholm Gay Men’s Chorus has grown and developed, we have contributed to the gay community and the years has passed. Today we are 35 members and we are celebrating 40 years! In October we will celebrate with a Jubilee Concert!
