Hello ,

Here you go some fresh news about Kabula!

Have you met Sucko? With the help of our amazing backers we unlocked this blood sucking gecko on the very last day of our Kickstarter campaign.

Last week we took a few days to improve all our monster cards and upload them on Tabletopia. Sucko, Shaolin Monkey, Shy Deer of the Wood, Oscar and the lovely Weretesticle were all added to the playable cards, completing our roster of 20 monsters!

We also revised all previously available monsters to make sure they are as unique and exciting to play as possible. We are sincerely surprised at how much we could improve on the asymmetry of their playstyle, and very excited for the final result, we're sure you'll love them!

We pretty much completed the balancing for the items in the Outrageous expansion, and worked extensively on layout and rules for the Hero Automa cards. This work has a major impact on solo gaming but also dramatically improves 2 player games.

Some of our games have been livestreamed on Twitch and some made it to our YouTube channel too. But the best way to participate or follow our playtesting session still is joining our Discord channel (also because we often stream with very short notice and random timing).

Talking about the Sucko, here's another masterpiece by Rod Tinapay! We can't wait to paint that tail :)

We are about one week late with our sculpt design schedule...but they are all looking awesome, and we are really close: Shaggy and Wild Willy are the only two missing!

Pledge Manager is still scheduled to open late May, though there is a chance we get a couple of weeks late. We want to wait for the most precise weight estimates for the boxes from our manufacturer, so that we can charge shipping fees in the most fair way.

Next newsletter will be in 4 weeks, but you shouldn't miss our next KS update on 16th May:
By then we should have an updated rulebook draft to share, so we can get your feedback before finalizing the layout for printing!

Thanks for following our progresses, speak to you soon!
