Brantwood Project

This new project is exciting.  We are removing the rectangular storm door and building a new custom arched storm door.  We are also making 5 new storm windows and a new front door.  The sill at the side door is being replaced with stone.

Ramona Project

A new door restoration project this month, or should I say entry restoration, is in the works.  In addition to the door, we are restoring 2 sidelite and 1 transom storm panels.  Homeowner wishes all to be brought to natural finish.  We are also building a new storm door.

Guaranty Project

A new project this month are new exterior doors and refinishing of the original cast iron storefront system at the Guaranty Building.  New doors are being fabricated to match the existing and the storefront is being carefully cleaned of all rust and refinished.

Lexington Project

These beautiful arch-top windows are being restored.  We are also doing some work with the wood storm windows.

Quarter Circle Project

Some old quarter circle attic sash have been a snack for some squirrels.  We are going to fabricate new muntins and restore them back!
