Kasa Living, a property management firm for short-term rentals, landed $70 million in Series C funding. Samara, a company creating tiny homes for short-term rentals, raised $41 million in Series A funding. Superhog, a risk minimization service for short-term rental managers, garnered $6.8 million in Series A funding. InsuraGuest, a property InsuraTech platform, raised a venture round (undisclosed) of $83.9M from undisclosed investors. Summer: Summer helps you buy your vacation home and rents it while you’re away. Their recent funding, announced on November 7th, 2023, combines venture investment and a $50M debt facility. We will have Paul, the Founder of Summer, on GMH next week, November 13th!
