Two years is a super long time for a startup. When we launched, we had an idea to provide a place where people could discover projects, and earn tokens from em for being awesome and involved.
Over the years, we've seen the crypto space evolve, ideas get tested, and our products pivot.
Our airdrop platform grew into a community building platform. The community building platform turned into a community building tip jar. The tip jar grew into a payment platform. In 2020 the payment platform is jumping to new platforms, adding a fiat on/off ramp, getting a REDACTED integration, and going mainstream.
(Also, next week we're launching the Parachute DEX with with a PAR trading pair. boom.)
In the middle of all of this, we've fired off a million tangents, ideas, and interests that go way beyond crypto. While we've explored mining, we've also started a running club. While we've explored freelancing, we've also pushed charity and started weekly ways to share who we are, do good deeds, and explore more about ourselves and other fellow Parachuters.
The coolest thing about Parachute has always been the people here. There's no other place like it in crypto or startups. Though we're always coming in and out at different parts in our lives, the people we have and the things we've built are nothing short of magical.
I don't know if I'll ever find the words to say just how thankful I am to know you all, but I'll show up every day and keep trying.
here's to a great two years and many more,
Lindsey - aka Captain.
