Administrative Coordinator (Bilingual)

Pay: $20.00/$22.00 per hour

ROSE Facilitators (Bilingual)

 

We are hiring two bilingual facilitators to teach the ROSE program to the pregnant population. If you're dedicated and passionate about preventing postpartum depression and strengthening families, we’d love for you to join us.

 

ROSE (Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials for mothers of newborns) is a class taught in prenatal settings to provide pregnant women and birthing people skills and tools that they need to prepare for the postpartum period and lower their risk of postpartum depression. The ROSE program consists of 4 prenatal classes (group setting) and 1 booster session within 6 weeks after delivery. This is an evidence based program that requires clinical training which will be provided.

 

Part-Time: (7.5 hrs. per month)

Pay: $33.33 per hour

Reports to: PPSC Executive Director

Flexible Schedule - evenings and weekends might be required

Clinical training and orientation provided (required)

Peer Support Mentor 

 

If you are a parent who has successfully recovered from Perinatal Mental Health Disorder(s), or have experienced pregnancy and/or postpartum related challenges and are passionate about giving back to the community and helping other parents and their support teams, this volunteer position might be for you! 

 

Shared experiences are the foundation for peer support. Peers provide emotional support, share knowledge, teach skills, offer practical advice, connect mothers with community resources, and help to enhance peers’ support networks. Peer support inspires hope that mothers can and do get better; peers walk with mothers on their recovery journeys; peers dispel myths about what it means to have a maternal mental health condition.

 

This is a VOLUNTEER position: 1-3 hours per week

Peer Support Training and Maternal Mental Health orientation are provided and required before starting the position 

 

Personal Experience is REQUIRED for this position
