Our AGM will run from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with environmental and sustainability-related trivia and networking going from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Trivia will require your mobile device, so make sure to have a fully charged phone for your chance to win some cool prizes from CEP Calgary.

Join Friends of Fish Creek and Matthew Bogard, Assistant Professor and, Canada Research Chair in Aquatic Environments, for a webinar discussing the impacts of effluent on the wetland and downstream river and multi-use reservoir. This talk will introduce a new, multidisciplinary research program that explores organism-to-ecosystem scale responses to effluent loading in this model watershed. Our partnership brings together academic, industrial, and municipal stakeholders to generate novel research findings on effluent fate and impacts while providing stakeholders with guidance in local water resource management.
