Please Pay 2023 Dues
 
Annual neighborhood dues of $125 cover the mowing and maintenance of more than two acres of common areas along 15th and 33rd Streets, Coltrane, and Driftwood Island/Park, and electricity to neighborhood street lights. Please pay your dues to help keep our neighborhood beautiful! We all appreciate and enjoy the benefits these dues support! You can pay at the link below or
