 Newsletter!

Hello everyone,

And welcome, once again, to the Beyond the Horizon newsletter.

Now, to get it out of the way FIRST: Some of you have yet to pick up your FREE FreeRPGDay Bundle. You need to do so before the 24th of July. You can still grab it - Remember you get nearly $100 worth of stuff. :)

So what's going on at Beyond the Horizon?

We've moved on with the RPG Carnival, and this month it is hosted by Rising Phoenix Games and focuses on Dragons and all things Draconic. :) You'll be able to find the first of our Dragon articles on our website HERE, with more to come over the month, as we dive into Dragon-kind.

You also still have time to pick up the book for it, Archetypes of the Ages: Dragons - you get 20% off while the offer lasts, which is until the 24th of July as well.

Featured Product

We have a section in each newsletter called the Featured Product. It comes with a 20% discount for anyone using the link to it. :)
This time around, we're looking at:

ARCHETYPES OF THE AGES: DRAGONS (5e)

The Archetypes of the Ages: Dragons book contains a number of options for your characters, inspired by Dragons, such as the Wyrm domain for those who worship at the altar of the dragon gods or the Treasure Hunter ranger who is looking to make a big score, and steal a dragon's hoard.

Give it a look, we think you'll like it.

Projects in the Pipeline

(or PIP for short. :P )

Of Reefs & Ruin

Remember how we promised that we'll be showcasing more stuff? Well, this time it's time to reveal the second of the free adventures that we'll be releasing over the next few months. It's a tale of pirates and prisoners, of dangerous convicts escaping on a ship that crashed into a reef, and which the heroes must now catch once more.

Please note that ALL of the free adventures will be available as both 5th Edition and Pathfinder 2.

Blogs

This week we started our look at Dragons, as you could see above, but last week we looked into how you can better manage the expectations that you and the other players around the table have for your games. Tips and tricks for it can be found HERE.

Our Friends

The Our Friends Section is where we show you something cool that is NOT created by us here at Beyond the Horizon but created by one of our friends within the community or publishing world. Each newsletter will feature a different creator and we will hopefully be able to show you something cool and new each time. :)

Monstrous Personas (5e)

Spoony Minstrel Games

Spoony Minstrel Games have launched something new as well this week, with their Kickstarter: Monstrous Personas, where you get to apply certain aspects of monsters to your characters in 5e - after all, who wouldn't want a bit of Aboleth in them? ;-)

Unfinished Business (5e)

Tacitus Publishing

A decrepit jail sits on an abandoned plot of land that is soon to be repurposed.  A ghost wanders its derelict halls, filling the night with its anguished moans.  Why does the ghost haunt these halls and how will it react to visitors intent upon demolishing the crumbling structure?

Over at Tacitus Publishing, they've released a Q-Haunt called Unfinished Business, written by Beth Jones, who is also a frequent contributor for Beyond the Horizon and numerous others. (You can find a listing of all her work here if you're interested).

See you in a couple of weeks. :)
