Issue 3 - January 2024

Happy New Year! As we welcome 2024, we take a moment to look back at the incredible journey that was 2023. It was a year of growth, innovation, and global connections for PNP Railways, and we're thrilled to share some of the highlights with you.

Global Interest in Our Products:

In 2023, we witnessed a remarkable surge in interest in our products from enthusiasts around the world. We are delighted to share some images from a customer in Australia.

David has created the Wattleseed Siding Miniature Railway” at Walang NSW Australia.

It is a 5" Gauge Railway - When completed, hopefully by February it will be a 110m kidney-shaped loop through the pine trees and wattle trees with a cutting through a hill and back to the station.

Thank you to David Head for providing these. It is great to see.

Events & Exhibitions

Thank you to those who completed our short survey about the Midlands Model Engineering Show, it was very interesting to read your views. The dates for the next 2024 Exhibition have been announced and it will take place from Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th October again at the Warwickshire Event Centre.

News from the PNP Railways Engine Shed

A few months back, Andy Walton of Denver Light Rail expertly drove the SAR class 15F 4-8-2, leading our EAR class 59 Beyer Garratt 4-8-2 2-8-4 Mount Kilimanjaro in a captivating double (or possibly triple) head at the Rugby Narrow Gauge meet. Look at the video below it is a truly spectacular sight.
