This piece attempts at narrating what happens in the subconscious mind and body when the involuntary receiver/host tries to bury experienced day-to-day microaggressions coming from interactions and digital spaces. One microaggression may feel easy to brush off and there will be blockages disguised as bliss. Microaggressions can build up, no matter how small they are. The continuous exposure becomes highly toxic for the mind and body. Without quality support and care, these suppressions can lead to health decline. The body ends up hosting these toxins and may even start to feel that they have become a part of the body. They may be passed on genetically to future generations.
