I hope all is well with you. During the past five years, I had the opportunity to pause and delve into self-introspection, moving towards healing and creating new goals, specifically regarding my company, Holistic Wellness (HW).
During this time, I completed my teacher trainings & several workshops about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for Yoga and also about Energy Medicine.
