Bold and Ready, you read right. The theme for this week is upgrading your life. 

Whether that makes you excited or a little scared, both are good. The tingly feeling in your body means it's time and that's why you are seeing this email now. It's meant to be.

Your Nxt Level

 

I think everyone will benefit from being conscious of the idea of upgrading their life. 

This concept sparked so much joy in me, yes it takes some work but why would you not want to get to your next level right. Do the work now and reap the benefits later in this case instantly.

 

 

How do you upgrade your life:

 

Create your Vibe

+ choose a vibe for the next 6 months, the energy you want for this transformation

-  what does the vibe mean to you

+Look at where you are at right now

+ where do you desire to be

+ how are you going to get there

~habits

~ tools

~ steps

 

Healing 

+What healing do you need to do, aka limiting beliefs

+ start actively working on your negative beliefs

~ ask yourself what are you struggling with

~ what beliefs do you have about them, become aware of it

~ work around those beliefs, make it a priority

 

Shifts

+what lifestyle elements need to change e.g Spending habits, investments

+ what routines and rituals do you need to include

 

Become your own best friend

+become the person you would like to be friends with

- what does the person do in their day

- plan your days and weeks in alignment with that person

 

Make your life more enjoyable

+ make everything enjoyable, the mundane things, how can you make it more enjoyable

+ create a weekly planning ritual, not only on the productivity side, but add planning to spend time in nature, at the beach, or in a bath.

 

 

So in terms of some habits and rituals that changed my life, here are a few that may spark something in you :)

 

  • Meditate daily, give your brain and body a break
  • Text someone what you love about them
  • Journal or write daily
  • Morning routine
  • Take high-quality vitamin supplements
  • Read 10 pages per day
  • Spend time in nature
  • Hang out with a friend 
  • Spend time with your budget
  • Go for a run

 

 

 

 Make your entire life enjoyable and start TODAY.
