Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and CDC guidelines for gathering meetings have been difficult, for us to achieve a quorum for member approvals of financial reports and minutes. If you are unable to attend our next meeting in person we kindly ask you to join us online. Your online attendance and vote will count as if your were in person!! Access is easy and free from your computer or smartphone |

The Board has several really great things to share with all of you on Wednesday! Please plan on attending either in person or through the WebEx. If you’re attending; please wear a mask and practice social distancing. If you can login through either a smart phone or computer; see the meeting and participate in voting if we have a quorum. More exciting is that if you have a camera on the phone or computer; those physically attending will be able to see you!! Remember that even if you do not have a smart phone, you can still call into the WebEx phone number provided. So whether you’re sitting in front of us; hunkered down in the Cape or sitting by a lake in Michigan; we can all be together for the August 2020 General Membership Meeting. See you then, Madam DJ |

Matlacha Hookers School Supply Drive Is a Success Karen Durand, Back to School Chair said, “while we knew that the needs of our parents would be great, we didn’t know what to expect since we were dealing with curtailed access to participating businesses and wanted to minimize public health concerns. In addition, several teachers shared that due to Covid-19 each child would need their own supplies this year. There would be no sharing of supplies in the classroom. The support from everyone has been tremendous during this difficult time. Thank You!” Look for upcoming articles in the Eagle sharing our results.
