2019 National Fuse Summit Congratulations to the delegates who attended FUSE last month. FUSE is a national three-day multicultural youth summit held biannually. Thank you to the amazing young leaders who traveled from across Australia, including the WA delegates Emmanuel, Zahra, Machiel and Sadeqa. All delegates were a delight to get to know, participated enthusiastically, sharing their ideas, skills and stories with each other, and forming strong connections that will continue into the future as a network of emerging leaders. As a final project, they delivered powerful pitches on employment, education and training, health, settlement support and youth participation and inclusion to Tim Watts MP, Senator Janet Rice and Megan Mitchell, Australian National Children's Commissioner. The presentations had a high impact and we couldn't be prouder to be part of this inspiring group. |
