Hey there, Happy New Year!! We are only a month in, but we have a lot to share. As mentioned in our email last week, we went to the Tampa RV show to check it out and we made a big decision. We are going to exhibit Custom Travel Homes at next year's show. This has also resulted in a big announcement - See below. Winter living considerations - As we are spending our winter months in the cold mountains, we thought it would be appropriate to discuss some considerations for all seasons on the road living. TravelHomeNation™️ Across America tour is starting to take shape as our spring plans are set and we reached out to several resorts as we plan our second half of the year travels. |

Vulcan - Our Travel Home is for Sale |
|
|
Yes, you read that right. We are building new models of Custom Travel Homes to exhibit at the Tampa RV show in 2024 and we decided to put our current Custom Travel Home up for sale. It is absolutely loaded, top of the line appliances (i.e., Subzero/Wolf kitchen and Miele Washer and Dryer) and many one of a kind features. Replacement would be close to $400K, but we have aggressively priced it to sell at $299,000. See several complete video tours at this link. Since we are securing a spot at the Tampa RV show in 2024, we are looking for interested buyers to commit to the purchase of their own Custom Travel Home to be on display at the show. If you are interested, please reach out to us. It will be a win-win for both you and us, therefore we will be sure to make it advantageous for you. Looking forward to hearing from you. So exciting!! |

Having residential double pane windows, a triple pane door unit, full close cell foam insulation, heated floors, and a wood stove, all makes for a pretty comfortable stay even when the temperature goes down into the negatives. However, even more concerning in the the cold is humidity and mold. If you have noticed moisture on the windows of your RV, you need to look into an air circulation system. |

Full heat recovery air exchange systems exchanges air continuously without loss of heat. This is accomplished by having warm air heating up a coil on the way out, and then that same coil heats the fresh outside air on its way back in. After 3 years, we have never had moisture on our windows and we have spent every winter in the snow. |

TravelHomeNation™️ - Across America Tour '23 |

We will be leaving Heber City right after President's week to another winter destination. The Mens Alpine World Cup is coming to the Palisades in CA and we will be staying at the great Coachland RV Park and Village Camp in Truckee. The next couple weeks will be spent in CA, visiting some Harvest Host Wineries, the Bay Area, and then heading down to Paso Robles. We are still working out a few details for the end of March before we head back up to Deer Valley to close out the season on the ski slopes. May should see us heading south, then east. Stay tuned for a few open house locations in AZ, TX, and FL. We are heading to Europe early June and when we return in July, we will have a long east coast trip planned out for several months. If you have a resort or area you think we should visit, let us know. We would love to hear from you and then see if we can make it happen. |
