Bust out that scarlet and grey to celebrate a Buckeye win!

Happy Friday Friends!!!

Happy Newsletter Friday! Welcome to those of you who are reading this for the first time and welcome back to those returning!

THE POLL RESULTS:

Okay, we all know NJ has the best bagels in the universe (this is a fact not an opinion... sorry). While this is true, there are many types of bagels and one of them has to be the best. Is it cinnamon raisin, pumpernickel, or a classic sesame?

It isn't any of those! You all had a clear favorite and it was EVERYTHING!! Now, go out and get an everything bagel. Don't worry, for all of you who can't access a good NJ or NYC (there are great places here too but, NJ just has better ones) you can order some online!

OTHER NEWS:

I have been thinking a lot about how changing paths or directions with a career and it can feel overwhelming. It feels like a piece of your identity might be changing. Changing doesn't mean failing, it just means something didn't fit right in this moment. It might fit right later down the road. I just need to keep reminding myself that no matter the job I pick, I am not stuck. I can decide to switch jobs to something other than theatre and then one day decide to pivot back. Life is fluid and things don't have to be set in stone. In the moment, listen and hear what you need and that will help make decisions easier (at least that is what I think).

Hurricane Ida tore through the east coast. There was a lot of damage to Lousiana and a lot of flooding up here in the NY/NJ area. Remember, that we must take care of each other. Donat to people if you can but remember, there are many ways to help that don't involve money. Some involve being a neighbor or friend and making sure others are okay and listening to what people need.

I hope you enjoyed the newsletter this week! Below is a picture from me after a long run and during said run I desperately needed water. All I could find was boxed water. Sooo, shoutout to my unofficial sponsor (not sponsored) Boxed Water!
