All praise to our precious Savior, my MarchMin friends! Glory to Jesus! My friends, I pray you are thriving even as so many are walking in fear. The Lord is not the author of fear, my friends. Prudence, yes, but not fear. How do we combat fear? With Him! For "...perfect love drives out fear" (1 John 4:18), and He is Perfect Love! So we take all fear/anxiety to our knees before Him and press in...until His grace and faithfulness wash it all away! Glory to Jesus! |

Many of you are familiar with Sharon Puterbaugh, who's been my ministry administrator for many years. But far beyond admin, Sharon has served alongside me in countless African outreaches dating back to 2002. It was Sharon who spearheaded what we called "Kiddies Crusades" leading tent outreaches for thousands of children every year, doing street evangelism in their villages, school outreach, children's ministry training...you name it. |

Even in the face of great physical challenges, having experienced great loss of loved ones and much more, Sharon is one who quietly "just keeps serving." Thousands of African children are heaven-bound because of her ministry. We love and praise God for "Sister Sharon," as the children so affectionately call her. Glory to Jesus! |

Speaking of The Gospel According to John, we press forward in spite of the film industry shut-down. Doing what we can with what we have, we're focusing on wardrobe, visual effects, re-writes and shot planning. This week I thought I'd give you a peek at our amazing wardrobe. As you can see it's world class. Because of our volunteers, Cindy, Jan and my amazing wife Maria, we're literally saving the production tens of thousands of dollars. Speaking of volunteers and donors...some of you will remember way back when I first introduced my vision to put John on film. The Lord "gave me" a phrase on which to build the production: "A Gospel film made by God's children for God's children to bring Jesus to a lost and dying world." And the Lord is doing it - donor by donor, volunteer by volunteer, sacrifice by sacrifice...bringing His Gospel "to life" through you and you and you... Yes, there's a great testimony being "produced" here - and that testimony is you! |
