From Winnipeg (West Perimeter Highway), follow the Trans-Canada Highway west for 45 km to the Oakville turn-off (Highway 13). Turn left on Highway 13 and continue south for 3 km to Highway 331. Turn right and continue west for 16 km to Cottonwood Acres (on the right).

From Portage la Prairie, follow Highway 240 / River Rd. south for 2 km across the Assiniboine River to Highway 331 (intersection before Southport). Turn left (east) and continue for 2.5 km to Cottonwood Acres (on the left).

From Brandon, follow the Trans-Canada Highway east for 125 km to the exit for Highway 240 (Portage la Prairie / Southport) off the Portage la Prairie By-Pass (toward Winnipeg, not City Route). Turn right and follow Highway 240 / River Rd. south for 2 km across the Assiniboine River to Highway 331 (intersection before Southport). Turn left (east) and continue for 2.5 km to Cottonwood Acres (on the left).
