Dear Friends, Members, and Colleagues, Happy New Year! So, we begin a new year and an exciting one for FAPA. 2024 offers tremendous opportunities to our members and to FAPA itself. This month, we will have the first of our bi-monthly membership meetings on Tuesday, January 16 at 7 pm. Our meetings will be held online on the third Tuesday of the month, every other month. Check out the Membership Meetings tab on the FAPA website for more information. Each of these meetings will feature one of FAPA’s partner members who will deliver a short developmental webinar within their areas of expertise. Details about each meeting’s presentation will be featured in our newsletters. Noel Zamot is our first presenter and will focus on leveraging Generative AI tools in publishing. I hope to see all of you on Tuesday, January 16, for our first FAPA membership meeting and webinar. Planning for our annual conference is already underway, and I think it will be even better than last year’s. The dates are Friday, August 2 and Saturday, August 3. A link for hotel reservations is already active on our website. The link to purchase tickets will be activated in February. Again, I wish everyone a Happy New Year! |
