I also found some time to think about how the world order that we had begun to take for granted has been completely upended in the past 2 years. This began with a pandemic, and continues now with a hot war in Europe. If there is a silver lining to these cataclysmic events, perhaps it is best exemplified by the swift and extraordinary re-ordering of business and politics in a Europe the likes of which Henry Kissinger wouldn't have thought possible back in the 70s... |
