Melissa St. Clair: The Worker Bee

March 8th is International Working Women's Day and I wanted to highlight a special, working woman I know personally and have had the privielege to work with.

Meet Melissa St. Clair: a Certified Virtual Expert and owner of Paper Chaser Biz LLC.  I originally met Melissa through yoga at ArtiZen, a former yoga studio in Beaufort, SC and now see her often in my yoga classes at Celadon.  I received her newsletter in January ( which I now subscribe to and highly recommend) and loved her format.  I reached out to her because I wanted to change up my newsletter but wasn't sure how to do it.  I am somewhat clueless when it comes to technology.  Working with Melissa was super easy from scheduling a session to making a payment and then sitting down with her.  Within an hour I had a newsletter I loved!!  I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight the work she does just in case you too are searching for help in your own business.

I love what her website says, "Top 3 Tasks to Delegate to a Virtual Assistant (VA)…..Tasks you simply hate to do."

Here is what Melissa has to say about being a VA and how she can help you.

Check out our recent interview.

Martha McDuff: As a VA, what services do you offer?

Melissa St. Clair: "Virtual administrative services supporting small businesses in the areas of operations (ie standard operating procedures), communications (media releases, newsletters etc), and administration (ie business correspondence).

Martha McDuff: What do you most enjoy about being a VA?

Melissa St. Clair: "I enjoy the flexibility and ability to help others do the work they love in their small business by doing the work I love."

Martha McDuff: If someone is interested in working with you, how can they get started?

Melissa St Clair: "Schedule a discovery call at your convenience at http://bit.ly/WhatIfWed

Martha McDuff: What is a fun fact about Melissa?

Melissa St. Clair: "I have a knack for finding 4-leaf clovers!"

Getting in all your servings of veggies for the day can be tough.  Dips are a great way to integrate veggies into an afternoon snack.  Check out this recipe for Cilantro Lime Avocado Dip.

Self- Care Move

Down Dog!

I love this move for so many reasons and believe it helps me to run strong.

1) Stretches out the back of my legs

2) Stretches the bottoms of my feet (keeping plantar fasciitis away)

3) Feels good on my back

4) It is calming

What the Heck is a Health Coach?

A well trained health coach acts as a guide on the side and ally helping you create new, healthy habits, let go of unhealthy behaviors, transform your health goals into realities, and ultimately become their own most powerful advocate.
