Happy Holidays!

I hope this finds you warm and well. It has been a full year of ups and downs, struggles and triumphs, pain and joy. I see you doing all the small and large things to get by and to rise up. It's a lot! As we move into the final weeks of 2018, my wish for you is rest and reflection. Find a quiet spot to meditate on what worked, what fed your spirit, and what needs to change to make room for the goodness waiting for you in 2019. The more we know about ourselves the more we grow into who we are still becoming. Everyday is an opportunity to love your truest self. Open the door. Let them in.

"We are the ones we have been waiting for." - June Jordan

Warmly,

Amanda

"Amanda Johnston’s first book sings with the passion of our great warrior poets. They reassure me of a fierce connective tissue between us. Johnston’s poems apply just the right degree of salve and just the right degree of fire to our current American wounds."
