Senior Gleaners March 16 10:30-11:30am Join us to learn about Senior Gleaners, one of the first groups of its kind in San Diego County and one of the largest with more than 200 senior volunteers. Since 1994, they have collected more than seven million pounds of food. Volunteers gather surplus crops and unused groceries, then transport them to nonprofit food distributors. |
