I love sewing for the Holidays. There is something uniquely special about giving a gift that was "Handmade". And yes sewing with a sewing machine counts as "Handmade". A machine does the stitching, but it's your mind doing the creating, your hands that do the cutting, the placing, the pinning, and it's your heart doing the giving. If your interested in making something. It's not too late. The studio has a couple of ways to help you out. |

How long have I been talking about updating this class menu? Feels like for-eeev-verrrr....! I have finally added some great projects to my class menu. For those of you who have hung in there with me by choosing "Student's Choice Sewing Session", thank you so much for your faith and patience. It is not as easy as it sounds to find and test projects that are both interesting and unintimidating, but I will get into all that later. For now just know there are some increased options for craft and clothing sewing projects at different skill levels, including one section filled with five great ideas for handmade gifts. Check it out! And checkback regularly because I will keep adding new projects well into 2024. I also accept suggestions. |

I am a late comer to the social media movement, it's true. But as the studio grows, I have begun to embrace the efficiency and effectiveness that comes from posting to Facebook and Instagram. A newsletter like this takes a few hours, but a post takes minutes. So to keep up to date with news , promotions, and events please take a moment and follow us on Social Media: |
