our Membership Committee Chair, Eman Garcia, and All our members for increasing the membership from 71 to 107. A 51% increase in membership since we started July 1, 2022. Very much aligned more with our PNAA President Gloria Beriones's vision of increasing the membership by 15%.

Spotlight of the Week

Few flowers can match Magnolias for both splendor and symbolism. When you add the word steel before the Magnolia, it becomes a popular phrase denoting "the strength a Southern woman possesses." Although it describes a Southern woman, it is easily applicable to men. The flower is associated with nobility, perseverance, dignity, and a love of nature. Magnolia flowers are popular in the southern part of the United States, especially in Houston. That is the reason why Houston is called a Magnolia City.

Our 2022-2024 chapter mantra and logo include the Magnolia flower and the hummingbird. Combining the gentile, strong character, perseverance, and dignity of a Magnolia flower with the hummingbird's strength, creativity and innovation exemplify the relentlessly desire to CRUSH any goals!!! I do believe that is who we are. That is who the PNA North Houston team is! We are hummingbirds and Magnolia flowers … BOLD and UNSTOPPABLE!
