Becoming American: Jewish Immigration in the Early 20th Century

Becoming American: Jewish Immigration in the Early 20th Century

Help us welcome the National Museum of Jewish American History as they present their program "Becoming American: Jewish Immigration in the Early 20th Century"! It explores the realities many immigrants faced upon arriving in the United States, and invites attendees to piece together the life story of a young Jewish immigrant, Evan Baen. Through Eva's personal objects and primary source materials, we will explore central themes of Jewish immigration from Eastern Europe, and experience how historians and museum staff interpret material culture and tell stories.

The Zoom link for this program will be sent in a reminder email 24 hours before the event. Please make sure to check your email's spam folder for this message if you do not receive it. If it has not arrived in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us at 610-358-3445, ext 103, or rkreference@delcolibraries.org.
