Thank you for participating in Para Guide's surveys last month! What we learned:

  • 42% of those surveyed wanted to learn more about diet and nutrition. 
  • 57% specifically wanted to learn more about protein consumption.
  • 48% were interested in water consumption. 
  • 52% wanted to learn more about stretching/kinesiology

We appreciate your participation in our surveys and will use that information as we select content for our newsletter and virtual team events!
