Drive around Centre County and it is hard to miss the signs of residential real estate growth. Take it a step further and look online at local real estate, you will find more listings than you thought possible. What you won’t see are the large number families for which homeownership is just out of reach. For a hardworking family looking for housing in Centre County, the median home price of over $220,000 is unrealistic. | | |

Employer Seminars: Employee Benefits Series |
Session 1: REDESIGN Wednesday, Jan 30 9AM -11AM If you could redesign your benefits program from scratch, would it look like the program you currently have? - 9am-10am: Trends, benchmarks & employee surveys will explore national and regional surveys, trends, and benchmarks. We will also discuss the value of conducting your own employee benefits survey, and provide tips for collecting meaningful data. These sources will inform our priorities for the redesign.
- 10am-11am FSA/HRA/HSA strategies will focus on comparing and contrasting saving & spending accounts like FSA/HRA/HSA. I'll explain why one or more of these accounts should serve as the cornerstone of your benefits program. We'll also discuss design techniques for making these accounts less cumbersome, more accessible, and much more valuable.
