Firstly our apologies for the delay in sending out our September newsletter. Different people have been unwell and had other commitments and we just didn’t get it done in time. However we do have heaps of news for you and there will be more in our October newsletter which you will have – I promise – before the end of the month.
News stories continue to come about the harms gender ideology is causing. We were delighted to see the Listener article (10-16 September) by emeritus professor Dr Charlotte Paul who argues that it’s time for the Ministry of Health to review its guidance on Puberty Blockers and then Dr Sarah Donovan questioning the lack of reporting by our New Zealand news media of the new research and overseas developments in this area. The Radio New Zealand report by Ruth Hill on the current situation with puberty blockers was the icing on the cake!
