IT Specialist Co-op The IT Specialist Co-op position is a 8 or 12-month winter placement, depending on your term needs. Overview IT Project Specialist Co-op will be working closely with the PM team to help with the process of planning, coordinating, and allocating responsibilities related to IT projects. These include assisting with IT projects pertaining to FGF facilities relating to hardware and software implementations and upgrades, the development, and implementation of software applications, related business processes, and their roll-out. Collaborates with IT PMs and internal IT teams to define project activities and required resources Works with IT PMs and relevant stakeholders within the company, to achieve the defined project objectives Develops dashboards and communicates on a regular basis with key internal stakeholders on project statuses Help with the preparation of project-related communications Helps to coordinate and manage project deliverables, monitors progress, and reports on various IT initiatives

Quality Assurance Co-op The Quality Assurance Co-op position is a 8 month winter placement. Overview As a Quality Assurance Co-op you will perform day-to-day quality assurance activities such as inspections, daily QA Assurance Task (product shelf life review, glass and hard plastic audit etc), recommending corrective actions, research and reports all within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Perform process checks throughout the production, packaging, sanitation and warehouse functions of the company including GMP, metal detection, label and coding verification, general hygiene and safety, as well as in process and finished product weights Document all QA activities accurately and timely Conduct verification of the proper functioning of testing equipment such as thermometers and scales Continuously assesses the results of inspection findings and react in a timely manner to communicate potential problems to QA technician and QA Team Leader Prepare reports/summaries and communicates results to, QA Technician, QA Team Leader and others as necessary
