Once again I'm happy to report...

a very fun and successful mixed media weekend in the F1VEart Studio last Sunday in my one day workshop of working on 3 12"x12" boards to create a small series. As always the artists/students showed up ready to lay down papers and paint right over them...I love that fearlessness! And as always...I never get to finish my class demos, as I would rather spend my time working with students (I think they like that too)!

So I took a little time in the studio and finished up my three pieces and added one more to make it a foursome. I turned on the camera (my phone) and videoed the process while painting and chatting up my studio pals...so I've added voiceovers on the YouTube video this week. Now I'm looking for the perfect title for this group of four little paintings...something to do with home, flowers, quiet moments.

Thoughts? What do you think a good title would be?

44th international Exhibition

As if being included in this prestigious show wasn't enough,

829 artworks, submitted by 431 artist, from 28 countries,

with 101 water based media selected...

it's my third time to be honored by being juried into this show...

that makes me a Signature Member of the

San Diego Watercolor Society!
