One of the best things about this world is that there are more springs to come. A time of rebirth, renewal, perfect weather, happy faces...My favorite vibe. That's why, this newsletter is dedicated to self care, self love, and the beauty and importance of it. |

It's all about the mindset. I personally struggled with this statement, because it is another one that sounds super cool, but learning how to do it is madness. I learned to say no. Sometimes I am polite and say "No, thank you!" sometimes is more of a "Hell no!" It works the same for me. Game changer!!! And then, focusing on putting myself first. Now I know, that if I am burned out, everyone around me pays the price, with my bill been the highest. Here are few things I have done. |

I got so many reaching out asking about my Ayahuasca ceremony. It is not really something I could explain in a paragraph, and it is not like I know too much about it. Every experience is so different. But here are the people whose honesty I really trust in the subject. Their website is agape4smb.com |

My health coach Annalisa made me do this thing, called light therapy, I think. I had to wake up early to watch the sunrise, for about thirty minutes. No music, no movement, just to sit. It was an eye opening experience for me, because I realized that I could not stay still for that long. On minute five, I was already going crazy. The journey to thirty minutes was the beginning of a very different lifestyle. Because of Anna, I am a gym person now. I don't think I do what I am supposed to do, but that one hour is my time. Somewhere in that learning experience, I found out about yin yoga. It is not my main exercise, but "my quiet the mind" time. It is absolutely wonderful. Btw, Anna's meal plan impressed my kidney doctor. He said that the only reason my kidneys were not collapsing was the meal plan I was following. It was supposed to be a meal plan to heal my adrenal glands, but it pretty much saved me. Here is her email if you decide to contact her fuscofit@gmail.com |

You know why I love what I do? A poem I recently got as a gift from my goddaughter, finally made me put into words my reason. And it is because I believe in living life, experiencing it, and enjoying it when we have the chance. My work comes somewhere before and after my clients enjoyed the salt water, the sun, and the wind on their face, and helps with the damage, so they can go do it again. Because we should enjoy live. I remember a client told me once, how her dermatologist wanted her on some kind of a prescription cream and my client had to stay out of the sun. My client replied: " I can't do that; I want to play with my grandkids!" And that's where my work comes in, and I love it! Of course I have limitations, but when I am able to see a person with compromised skin, like acne or rosacea, going proudly on a date, I know we didn't just mask the problem, we solved it. That's enjoying life. |

I am getting very passionate about the inspirational documentaries. Here is one, which you have to be a member of a website to watch, but even the trailer is inspiring. |
