REMEMBER TO BE KIND! A brain injury of any kind comes with its challenges. This diagnosis reminds us instantly of our mortality as well as the power of fear, pain, and the unknown. At the end of the day we all have baggage, but everyone's luggage takes them to a different place. As we close out 2022, let's focus on how we are alike more than we are different. Compassion for yourself, as well as those around you, will go a long way. Christmas and New Year's often brings out a lot of emotion in people. Make it a goal to move through life with love for yourself and others. This video is a beautiful reminder of the highs and lows we all face and how important it is to let all people FEEL that which they are FEELING! |
