Jenny's Spring Newsletter

Welcome to my latest update. Time truly seems to have flown by since the start of 2024. While I've been meticulously crafting travel plans for my clients, I've also been organising our family's much-anticipated road trip to California (a destination my sons were eager to explore).

Amidst all this, I've been updating my website with exciting new content, attending training events, and I even managed a skiing escapade with my husband in Canada, which now feels like a distant memory.

Now, I'm eagerly anticipating soaking up the sun and enjoying a week of relaxation in Marrakech...

I've always had a passion for delving into new destinations and piecing together the perfect itinerary. Recently, I've been particularly inspired by two remarkable ladies, aged 83 and 75 respectively. These adventurous souls are embarking on a journey to Bhutan later this year, where they'll delve into the rich spiritual heritage of this Buddhist country, accompanied by a seasoned driver and guide. Their spirit of exploration and zest for life serve as a constant reminder of the boundless possibilities that travel offers at any age.

Lately, I've seen a surge in interest for a variety of destinations and holiday experiences. From the cultural richness of India to the historical wonders of Vietnam and Cambodia, the serene beauty of Bali, and the eco-diversity of Costa Rica, travellers are eager to explore diverse corners of the world. Safaris in Kenya and Namibia have also piqued interest, alongside requests for a month-long ski chalet in the French Alps, accommodating two very large dogs!

I have tried to answer some of the most commonly asked questions from those finding me for the first time or kindly referred by others on my new Why Book With Me page.

Other recent additions to my website include details of gift vouchers and the Travel Counsellors gift registry service, which enables friends and relatives of those marrying abroad or booking a honeymoon to make donations towards the special trip.

It’s been wonderful to publish travel blogs from your trips and kind testimonials about my service. They really do help me reach and hopefully inspire others. Please drop me a line if you would like to contribute.

Happy holidays to those travelling over the weeks ahead. I hope you enjoy my news update and thank you for supporting me.
