Are you new to meditation? Have you meditated a few times and want to learn more about it and start your own practice? Join us Saturday, March 11th at 2pm for Beads and Breathwork. This is a beginner level practice where we will be introducing three separate breathing techniques. Each participant will also make their own mala bead bracelets that can then be used in meditation practice. Tickets can either be purchased ahead at the link below or participants can pay at the time of the event.
