Order Thanksgiving & Christmas Turkeys

 

We still have some of our pasture raised turkeys available for your dining enjoyment.

These birds need to be pre ordered so let us know ASAP if you would like one (or more). We will be butchering them on Sept. 24th and they will need to be picked up between 5-8 pm that day. If you cannot pick up that day please talk to us and we will come up with a solution.

Beef

 

We are almost sold out of fresh grass fed and finished beef for this fall. We only have 3 quarters of an animal left for pre order so if you'd like to get in on this and save money by buying in bulk, let us know soon.

Pork

 

We will have 4 of our forest raised pigs available sometime in December. Unfortunately due to our butcher shop closing and us relying on our new on farm slaughter licence we are only able to sell whole pigs at this time, not halves like we did in the past.

If a whole pig is too much for you at once, see the subscription box link for details, below. But if a whole pig is just what you're after, simply let us know, send us a deposit and we will reserve one for you.

NEW: Subscription Boxes

 

As we mentioned in our last email, we are exploring a new subscription box program for those who would like beef and/or pork from us regularly but cannot take a whole animal at once.

You would pick your meat, (whole pig, whole, half or quarter beef) and the length of your subscription (6 or 12 months). We would then take a deposit and monthly payments would start when you receive your first box. Cost would be $8.75/pound of frozen pork (extra for curing and sausage) and $11 (whole), $12 (half), and $13 (quarter) per pound of frozen beef.
