Topic 1 of 6 Next stage for Medallion Adventure Club Over the past few months, MAC has been growing members and fine-tuning its four primary services including (1) Helping members up their fitness game with events and activities, (2) providing life-long learning with Books and Ideas workshops, (3) supporting a like-minded community with Slack, and (4) providing software to help members achieve their goals. The newest element in our portfolio is the Books and Ideas Workshop which we highlight in this newsletter. We invite you to explore our offerings and look forward to your continued involvement. We are most pleased to be part of your life adventure. |

- During May over 50 attendees attended and discussed Atomic Habits and From Strength to Strength
Upcoming session: - Mindset The new psychology of success - How we can learn to fulfill our potential. A video summary will be posted on the Learning Library and we will have two duplicate sessions (so members have two time options and can select the time that is more convenient)
