Breadbasket of the World: Virtual History Presentation by Jennifer Green
This lecture covers the workings of a The Mill at Anselma in Chester Springs, Chester County, to discover how a colonial era grist mill was built and functioned. It also covers the history and context of farming, milling and shipping of PA flour around the globe.
