Don't Forget To Vote
and to bring a White Elephant gift for
our Christmas exchange!
On Tuesday, November 28th we will be holding our November Division Meeting at the American Legion, Denver. Social hour begins at 6:30pm and meeting begins promptly at 7:00pm.
We will be voting on our slate of candidates that evening. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT WE HAVE A QUORUM! We need 50% of our members to vote, in person or via email and at least 34 votes.
You must be present to vote or send an email to Mary Russell at denverlaohpresident@gmail.com or call or text 303-517-5048 before 4pm on November 28th. Votes after that will not be counted. Writing in candidates is allowed.
As a backup, you can email Nan with your vote or any questions at denverlaohvicepresident@gmail.com or call or text 847-878-5871 with your ballot choices.
Our slate of candidates and ballots will be sent out in a separate email prior to the election.
White Elephant gifts should be something from your home to be re-gifted! No need to spend anything. Please feel free to bring a snack to help with our Christmas festivities!
