December 2022 Ministry Update

Broken Clay Ministries is a 501c3 non-profit, missionary-evangelism ministry, established in 2013 with a passion to reach the lost with the gospel. BCM's preaching and teaching ministry extends to leadership conferences, revivals, preaching in churches, crusades and outreach to the Kyangwali Refugee Settlement.

Together with its donors, BCM is providing practical ways to solve the problem of poverty by giving a hand-up and the gift of hope to children, families, and communities

through our humanitarian efforts.

We appreciate your consideration as you plan for end-of-the-year

tax-deductible donations.

For unto us a child is born For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

The Gift

Pat Graham

Through the purity of obedient servants, God chose to change the course of history.  Mary, impregnated with the gift of God, and Joseph walked in submission to the revealed Word of God. It is an overwhelming thought that God so loved the world that He gave His only Son. Jesus left the glory of heaven and entered the physical realm with the sole purpose of

laying down His life that we may enter the spiritual realm.

The blackened sky was studded with diamond-like stars pulsating with the knowledge of the events about to unfold.  The vibration of fluttering angel wings filtered through the atmosphere, as the hosts position themselves to go forth.  The shepherds note a stillness that captures their attention.

Suddenly. the scroll of heaven opens.

Behold, the angel of the Lord stood before them, and they were greatly afraid. The angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born this day in the City of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.  And this will be a sign for you:  You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.”  And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men!”  Luke 2:12-14 NKJ

And so, it was in the fullness of time, in accordance with God's will, at just the right moment the babe was born. For God so greatly loved the world that He gave His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.  John 3:16 AMP

Perhaps the gift you're opening this Christmas season is His voice saying, "Be still and know that I am God." You may have been overwhelmed by a loss in your life, a broken relationship, sickness, a rebellious child or perhaps you haven't found your identity in Christ.

Open the gift of His peace, and receive His healing touch.

Prompted by His amazing love for us, the King of Glory came into the world He created

to reconcile us to God - Receive the Gift of Salvation!

How do we respond to this incredible gift of reconciliation?

If you’ve never received the gift of salvation, examine your life in light of His holiness. Simply pray,

Jesus, I accept you as my Lord and Savior. Forgive my sins, I choose to repent and

follow you all the days of my life.

Perhaps your walk with the Lord has grown cold and you need to rededicate your life to Him. Remember this, God is still calling wisemen that seek Him and Mary's who in obedience and humility give birth to the plan of God in their lives.

Give freely this Christmas season, open you heart wide and

give the gift of Jesus, the Hope of Glory.

New Planet Primary School

In our November newsletter we shared the successful installation of running water and flushing toilets at New Planet Primary School for the first time since the school's inception in 2009. Recently the new toilet stalls have been painted. In addition, we have enhanced this project by installing a water reserve tank to provide a back-up system to cover any water delivery disruption.

BCM's Feed A Child program at New Planet School

continues to provide five thousand nutritious meals each six-day school week to

students living in the slums of Kampala.

In addition to the Feed A Child outreach, we have added New Planet Primary School

as an additional humanitarian outreach.

During our visit to the school we found several areas of concern.

We ask you to join us in praying for these needs.

Born to Win Skilling Center

Reports from Kampala continue to exceed our expectations, as students are excelling in acquiring skills that will give them a hand-up in developing their God-given abilities to provide for themselves and their families.

On behalf of BCM and our supporters, we extend our gratitude to Pastor David Turyatemba for his leadership in executing our shared vision for this outreach.

We thank the Lord for the provision that birthed this amazing ministry.

Together we are making a difference!

this amazing opportunity!

Our new SACCO members have been diligently participating in their year-long savings program, a requirement for membership.

The SACCO will provide business education,

and once a member has completed one year of savings they qualify to apply for a micro-finance loan.

Through Broken Clay Church SACCO lives will be transformed and those held captive to poverty will be enabled to start business to

break the cycle of poverty in their lives.

It is through the faithful support of people just like you that is making a difference

in the lives of those living in poverty.
