Congratulations to Jeremy Winters, who won his category at the USA Triathlon Duathlon National Championships in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, with his guide Paul Harrold! The event included a 5k run, then a 20k bike on the tandem, then a 2.9k run. Way to go, team! Image description: Jeremy and Paul are smiling and holding up their matching black and red 2021 National Champion jerseys. Challenge Time! Drink water with Para Guide this month! Set your own goal based upon your size and your level of activity, keep your streak alive, and let us know how it goes! Everyone is different, but if we all think about drinking more water and electrolytes and less "other stuff" (soda, alcohol, etc.), we will be on the right track! Stay tuned for more on this challenge via social media. |
