My new single, Time, has been released digitally for sale and to radio. Complete with banjo from Zane Banks, pedal steel from Jy Perry Banks and fiddle from Luke Moller, the lyrics tell the story of a woman who is not going to fall apart because of a relationship breakdown - she just needs some "Time"! Of course you know the "woman" is me and although this was a difficult song to write, I am so glad I recorded it and I hope you'll enjoy listening to it. Don't forget to request it on your local country radio station.

I have also recently added to my merchandise with "Time" calendar magnets for 2021, lyrics posters and stubby coolers. You can purchase all of these as well as my music from my website www.michellelittle.com

My Picks With more real gigs starting to happen, there are more and more opportunities to head out to our favourite venues. Butcher's Brew Bar, Gasoline Pony and Camelot Lounge are enduring favourites of mine. Virtual platforms such as FaceBook and Instagram also continue to serve up some great online shows. You might have caught me on last week's Celebrity Country Music Wiz. Unfortunately I didn't do so well but it was great fun. It is streamed live on FaceBook every Wednesday so tune in and see how your knowledge measures up. The host, Dani Young, also has another show on Sundays called The Midday Muster where you help Dani and her guests write a song live on air! |

Question 3: What country song makes you want to dance? Michelle's Answer: With COVID I am really missing my dance classes but that hasn't stopped me from cranking a bit of Garth Brooks', "Callin' Baton Rouge" and dancing around the lounge room! Send me your answer to the Big Question by reply email and I'll put it in the next newsletter. |
