Fresh Starts, Food and the Power of Forgiveness...

Right now it’s harvest season, and that means one of my favourite things; food! Often when we are going through a major change in our life our relationships change; and that can also include our relationship with food.  We may find that we turn to food for comfort, or to help us cope with stress. For many people, poor food choices are a symptom of a reaction to, or coping skill for underlying issues (stress, anxiety).

To help find the balance between a healthy lifestyle, including eating,  and a little indulgence now and then, I’ve asked an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach to give us a few tips to find balance with our relationship with food not only at Turkey time, but the whole year through.
