I hope you have journeyed well into the new year, 2024.

We are still very much in the heart of Winter with the shorter days and longer nights. At this time of year, we can often feel like we haven't quite got the energy we need and want to get going after what has often been a busy festive and social period. Perhaps we want to make positive changes and plans for ourselves and are full of good intentions, it just doesn't quite feel like the right time.

May we be reminded at this time that we can choose to go at the pace that is right for us and adjust to our new year rhythm in our own unique way and time. There is a whole path ahead waiting to be trodden when we are ready....
