Presidents Message Happy August 2022. Hope everyone is doing well and keeping cool in one of our hottest months. I have heard some remarks about the July meeting and glad that it was enjoyed. It is my understanding the the day guild may have a bus trip scheduled for Quilt Fest in Jacksonville in September. If anyone is interested and would like to inquire to share with the members, that would be wonderful. Linda has scheduled another fun retreat time for October 21-22, 2022 at Grace Baptish Church. Think about what you want to bring to work on and what you may want to volunteer to help do. My wish this year is that everyone is healthy, learn something new, challenge to do one charity project a month (my personal challenge), offering to get involved in the guild and happy to be a member of TCQG. All the best to each of you!~ Trish |

August Program One Patch Quilts/Charm QuiltsProgram by Sandy Pozzetta One Patch quilts are pieced with only one shape: squares, rectangles, triangles, hexagons, etc. Charm quilts take scrappy to a whole new level. Each patch is the same shape and size but a different fabric! Sandy will present the history of Charm and One Patch quilts and give a trunk show of her One Patch quilts and her 1 Charm quilt. Do you have a Charm or One Patch quilt(s)? Please bring them to the August meeting for a special show and tell. |
