Intrauterine Devices We LOVE IUDs! They are great for preventing pregnancy and managing periods. They are even useful in perimenopause and menopause. PLUS they tend to cause fewer sexual side effects (hooray!). |
However, for some people, the insertion process can be a bit unnerving. This week Andrea reviewed options for pain and anxiety management. Check out her instagram video to learn more. |

Want more control over your IUD insertion experience? Give us a call today and let's decide together which approach is best for you. |

Surviving cancer is an amazing feat, but you deserve to enjoy life just as much as anyone else. |
That's why Dr. Rubin and Andrea have joined the Sex After Breast Cancer Facebook group and will be offering expert opinion over the next few months. If you have had breast cancer, consider joining this fun, supportive and informative group. |

R&R Though my initials are RR, I can't say two weeks off with 2 kids is true rest and relaxation. I'll call it a successful trip. The kids had a great time at the beach building sand castles and getting stung by jellyfish. We were also able to sneak in a lovely visit with the in-laws. |

I can't believe my 4.5-lb preemie daughter starts kindergarten tomorrow. Time is flying by (and yet car rides with kids still feel very long). |
