UnitedHealthcare and All Savers (UnitedHealthcare Level Funded)

Prescription Drug List (PDL)

• 1-50 fully insured utilizes the Essential PDL
• All Saver (UnitedHealthcare Level Funded) utilizes Essential & Advantage PDL
• 51+ fully insured utilizes the Essential, Advantage and Access PDL

1-50 UnitedHealthcare Fully Insured

• Essential PDL effective 5/1/21
• PDL changes 3 times a year: 1/1, 5/1 and 9/1
• Fully insured PDL updates effective at renewal
• 1/1/22 UHC will offer one Health Plan Product Offering (Plan Grid) for all of TX
• Starting 10/1/21 can quote for a 1/1/22 effective date
• 1/1/22 plans will offer the Essential Prescription Drug List utilizing Specialty Medication Cost Share (SMCS) and Standard Select Network with Walgreens as the anchor (preferred) pharmacy, CVS will no longer be in network

All Savers (UnitedHealthcare Level Funded)

• All Savers will be rebranding the product name to UnitedHealthcare Level Funded effective 11/1/21
• Small Business 5-99 and Key Accounts 100-300
• Starting 9/1/21 All Savers (UnitedHealthcare Level Funded) has the option of the Advantage PDL or the Essential PDL, if offering more than one plan they both must be on the same PDL
• PDL updates 3 times a year effective upon 1/1, 5/1 and 9/1
• Starting 9/1/21 both Prescription Drug List utilizing Specialty Medication Cost Share (SMCS) and Standard Select Network with Walgreens as the anchor (preferred) pharmacy, CVS will no longer be in network
• 15 Month Rate Guarantee for groups with effective dates 10/1/21-4/1/22
• 11/1/21 new plan offering: NavigateNOW offers coordinated care that begins virtually and connects seamlessly to in-person when necessary.

Motion

• Motion is built into All Savers (UnitedHealthcare Level Funded) copay and H S A plans
• Motion is built into fully insured H S A plans
• New Motion Activities include Bike, Walk, Run, Swim, Elliptical  
• Log in to unitedhealthcaremotion.com to see all the changes available to you
• All Savers (UnitedHealthcare Level Funded) Employer Motion Incentive: to qualify at least 50% must register within 60 days of effective date
