Calendula Workshop - April 24th 11am to 1pm 

Our Global Family Farm, SLO

Make Your Own Calendula Oil Workshop is made possible with a partnership with Jean Johnson. Her deep knowledge with both chemistry and the etheric means you will learn much about the plant world. 

 

During the workshop you will collect your own calendula flowers to take home as well as a finished calenduala oil. You will also fill a jar with dried calendula flowers and a carrier oil to take home to make your own. You will also receive calendula seeds and plants to take home.

 

Pre-registration is required and Pre-payment  through Venmo or PayPal is highly recommended. Committ to coming now! Cost is $40

Food Not Bombs Community Meal

Sundays 1pm to 3pm

Mitchell Park, SLO

We have partnered with Food Not Bombs SLO to provide farm fresh produce for the community meal offered at Mitchell Park. Our Global Family Farm vegetables are cooked in the soups, stews and casseroles. Also bunches of vegetables are made available for folks to take home to cook.

 

Come to Our Global Family Farm on Sundays mornings to help harvest and pack the vegetables. Then come to the park to deliver the veggies and eat some food!

Come volunteer on Sundays and feel good about helping take care of both the land and people.

Partnership with FarmsteadEd

Our Global Family Farm is now on the Farm Trails Map with FarmsteadEd. Here is a picture of me, Teresa Tree, along with Lynette Stone, the herdleader of FarmsteadEd. Workshops and Open Farm Day are coming this summer with this partnership.
