The issue of emails from Provincial Staff not being delivered to recipients seems to still be an ongoing issue. Please ensure that you check your junk mail folder regularly, especially if you are waiting on something from a staff member. If you do find an email in the junk folder, mark the email address as "safe." Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over. Similarly, if you have sent an email to a staff and days have passed with no response, please give us a call to ensure your message was received!
For the upcoming 4-H year we are strongly encouraging our leaders and members to stay up to date with news and events by checking out the monthly newsletter and visiting the *newly updated* website regularly. This is in an effort to streamline information and ensure that information is easy to find for everyone. The website should be your first stop for info! That being said - there are things that we occasionally post to our Provincial Facebook page that may not be duplicated on the website, such as Club Reports. Leaders and Members will still be able to see these posts, regardless of if they have a Facebook account, by clicking the link we provide in this newsletter. So please do not disregard future information that is connected to Facebook - you can still access it if you please!
The Provincial Office is open by appointment only.
Please call or email the office or the Staff member you are looking to meet with at least one day prior to the date you would like to meet.

December 17 - Last Day for Regions to submit Provincial fees/insur. to the Prov. Office
** Two new additions have been made to the Provincial website to help keep members and leaders informed: "Latest News & Quick Links" for the MOST current events or fast approaching deadlines; and "Dates and Deadlines" has a new format that will be updated regularly!
The Fundraiser officially begins today, October 15, and runs until November 3. Your Club's Fundraising Coordinator should have provided you with a coloured poster to help you with sales. This poster can also be found on our Provincial Facebook page for sharing purposes. To download your own PDF copy (which includes page 2 - "A Note to Members") click the link below.
The form is now live on the website and can be submitted at any time. This year the Volunteer Leader Form, Code of Conduct and Covid Waiver are all connected, so you will only be required to hit submit once.
If you are due to provide an updated Police Record Check to the Provincial Office you should have been contacted in August. Please remember that you will be required to have a letter from the Provincial Office in order to obtain your PRC. That letter is only valid for two weeks.
